Welcome to Venus Ultra(“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our ultrasound scanning services and website. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.​
2. Services Provided
​
We offer non-diagnostic ultrasound scans for various purposes, including but not limited to pregnancy reassurance, gender determination, 3D/4D imaging, and general health scans. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your primary healthcare provider.​
3.Medical Disclaimer
​
Our scans are performed by trained professionals but are intended for reassurance and bonding purposes only. Any concerns regarding your health or pregnancy should be discussed with your medical practitioner.
4. Client Eligibility
​
You must:​
Be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a responsible adult.
Provide accurate health and pregnancy information prior to your scan.
Understand that we reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the scan is not in your best interest.
5. Booking & Payment
​
All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made two hours prior to the appointment are eligible to be rescheduled.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
If we are unable to obtain satisfactory images (e.g., due to fetal position), we may offer a complimentary rescan at our discretion.

7. Results & Image Quality

Image quality may vary depending on factors such as gestational age, body type, and fetal position.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or gender determination accuracy.
All scan results and images remain our property and are provided for personal use only.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.
You acknowledge that our scans are not a replacement for standard or private medical scans by your consulting medical professional.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

We take client privacy seriously. Your personal and medical information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

10. Health and Safety
We follow all applicable health and safety protocols.
You agree to follow all on-site safety instructions and notify us of any relevant health conditions.
11. Complaints

We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 working days.
